Perugia city tours

Continuous daily departures from Piazza Italia offer visitors 50-minute tours of the historical centre of Perugia comfortably seated aboard a bus.

Città della domenica

The “città della domenica” theme park is located at 2km from our Relais. Since its inception, the park has been well known for its inspiration: the world of fables. Each year, however, it grows with new attractions, and is now home to animals who walk freely among the trees, such as deer and mouflon. An area has recently been constructed to house endangered animals and the park also offers play-learning areas for various aged children and schools. The park’s Reptile Village was created in the 1990′s to house rare species such as crocodiles and alligators. The Citta’ della Domenica is special for its connection between games, fantasy and nature and is the perfect place for families and visitors of all ages.

Private half day wine tour trotting through the vineyards

A relaxing tour by horse and coach through the vineyards, cleaned and kept in check by a flock of geese that run free and fed on the grass that grows wild between the rows, precedes a wine tasting accompanied by organic and locally-produced cold cuts and cheese.

Hot air balloon ride followed by Umbrian breakfast at a winery and visit of Bevagna

Depart for the surroundings of Bevagna from where, at dawn, you will take off on a hot-air balloon for a flight over the Umbrian countryside. The wind and the air currents will gently push the balloon in the serene atmosphere of the beginning of the day, and from this privileged observation point you have the chance of taking in the beauty of a unique scenery. After your approximately one-hour Hot Air Balloon Ride, enjoy a smooth touchdown and step back onto “terra ferma”, to continue with a typical Umbrian breakfast in a close-by winery and, afterwards, with time for leisure to explore Bevagna, its medieval alleys and its slow-pace rhythm of life.
