Turin’s Egyptian Museum is the most valuable in the world after Cairo’s one, and a true must see for adults and kids in equal measure. 

It showcases exhibits covering the history of Egypt from prehistory to the Roman period. Human and animal mummies, sarcophagi and grave goods including whatever item one can think of, from sandals to make up, from wigs to table games, passing for food, clothes and whatever could make afterlife easier, give a faithful insight into the daily life, the beliefs and the secrets of pharaohs, dignitaries and normal people.
