DAY 2 

Breakfast at hotel. In the morning explore the 1,100-year-old city centre of the Czech capital on a private half day walking tour. Starting at the Powder Tower you will stroll along the Royal Route to the Old Town Square, while you learn from your guide about Prague´s history and culture. The tour will continue along the Karlova Street to the Charles Bridge crossing the Vlatava River. From here you will have a fantastic view of the magical Prague Castle. DAY 3 

Breakfast at hotel. In the morning pick up from your guide and driver for transfer to Prague Castle. The Prague Castle was most likely founded in around 880 by Prince Borivoj of the Premyslid Dynasty (Premyslovci). It is the largest coherent castle complex in the world, with an area of almost 70,000 m2. A UNESCO World Heritage site, it consists of a large-scale composition of palaces and ecclesiastical buildings of various architectural styles, from the remains of Romanesque-style buildings from the 10th century through Gothic modifications of the 14th century. During this half day tour you will see the Royal Palace, St. Vitus Cathedral, St. George’s Basilica and Golden Lane. The guide will acquaint you with all the important historical details of the Castle. You will then go through the Lesser Town to Charles Bridge where the tour ends.  Afternoon free at leisure. DAY 4 

Breakfast at hotel. Today you enjoy a private half day excursion to Karlštejn Castle. The castle was built in the 14th century and has a unique position among Czech castles. It was built by Czech King and Roman Emperor Charles IV as a place for safekeeping of the royal treasures, especially Charles´ collection of holy relics and the coronation jewels of the Roman Empire. Today it is one of the most famous sights in the Czech Republic. Afternoon free at leisure. Overnight in Prague 4*Hotel 987 Design or similar. 

DAY 5 

Breakfast at hotel. Private transfer from Prague to Vienna for check-in. Overnight in Vienna 4*Hotel Kaiserhof or similar. 

DAY 6 

Breakfast at hotel. In the morning pick up from your guide and driver for half day city tour including Schönbrunn Palace. This tour will provide an overall impression of the most significant sights of Vienna. Along the Ringstrasse admire numerous magnificent buildings, such as the MAK, the State Opera House, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Natural History Museum, the cultural district the Museums Quartier, the former Habsburg winter residence, the Hofburg, the Parliament, the City Hall and the Burgtheater. The highlight of the tour will be a visit of the showrooms of Schönbrunn Palace, the former summer residence of the Habsburg family. Day 7 

Breakfast at hotel. Today you discover the charm of the world renowned cultural landscape during the full day Danube Valley Tour. Experience the baroque display of power and glory to be found in the monastery of Melk. Enjoy Dürnstein with its mix of medieval flair and baroque fashion of Hieronymus Uebelbacher and visit the charming small city Krems. As part of your day, you will enjoy a 3-course-lunch and wine accompaniment in a traditional local restaurant near the Danube. Day 8 

Breakfast at hotel. In the morning pick up from your guide and driver for a half day tour Vienna Woods. Follow us in the footsteps of Beethoven through Hinterbrühl to Liechtenstein Castle, where the dynasty had its origins. The tour continues to Höldrichsmühle, where Schubert once composed and Heiligenkreuz, the Cistercian monastery steeped in history, which, after the chaos of the 

migration of the peoples, became the basis for the re-civilisation of the Vienna area. Afterwards on to Mayerling, where Crown Prince Rudolf came to a tragic end with his lover, Mary Vetsera. 

After an idyllic drive through the magical Helenental, you reach the Biedermeier-town of Baden, which was a spa resort as early as the time of the Romans. After a drive along the “Wine Road” to Gumpoldskirchen, the world-renowned wine village, the tour ends with a lovely view over Vienna. Day 9 

Breakfast at hotel. Private transfer from Vienna to Budapest for check-in. Overnight in Budapest 4*Hotel President or similar. 

Day 10 

Breakfast at hotel. In the morning pick up from your guide and driver for a half day tour of Budapest. During the tour of the Hungarian capital you will see the Heroes Square, the State Opera House, the Hungarian Parliament, the Royal Palace and the Citadel where you have time for a photo stop. After it you will walk through the Castle District to enjoy its unique medieval atmosphere and get carried away in history. Including is also the entrance to Matthias Church and Fisherman´s Bastion. Day 11 

Breakfast at hotel. Today you will enjoy the full day Danube Band Tour with your guide and driver.
