Itinerary:

DAY 1: Arrival at Florence Airport or Railway Station and pick up the car. Day at leisure. (we can suggest an afternoon tour) Overnight.

DAY 2: After breakfast , morning tour of Florence gourmet art & food in small group. Free Afternoon. Overnight

DAY 3: After breakfast, departure to San Gimignano by car: Arrive in your nice Villa Spa and relax at the Villa. Free afternoon. San Gimignano is world famous for its towers built during the XIII century. The most important buildings and monuments are Porta S. Giovanni, with the nearby Museo di Arti e Mestieri, the Arco dei Becci, piazza Duomo, the heart of the town with the Collegiata church (that houses famous frescoes by Taddeo di Bartolo and Benozzo Gozzoli), the Palazzo del Popolo, with the Museo Civico and the Palazzo del Podestà. Overnight

DAY 04: Breakfast at Villa. Today you will enjoy a Truffle Hunting experience at a local farm in San Gimignano. Add this fantastic adventure to your wish list and sign up for a day of excitement, participating in a truffle hunt alongside beautiful hunting dogs. Accompanied by a professional guide with his trained dogs, for 4 hours you can share a wonderful experience in searching for truffles throughout the oak forests that border the farm. In this private truffle land within Tenuta you will discover precious white and black truffles. You will be taught how to identify the various species of trees and the ideal habitat for truffle growth.

The Experience Includes: Lesson on how to recognize and search for truffles with an English speaking translator- 1 hour of truffle hunting with professional guide that will teach you technical information about truffles. You will learn the fundamentals in the slow-food movements and how to use them. Lunch with local products (Appetizers: Tuscan salami and cheeses, Bruschetta and snack). First Course: Truffle lasagna with meat sauce – Second Course: Roast meat with potatoes and vegetables Dessert: Cantuccini with dessert wines. DAY 05: Today you could visit the towns of Radda in Chianti, Greve in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti and Gaiole. These villages are all in the wine region and are very close to each other. Here you really experience the Tuscan country-side and the hospitality of its people. In a panoramic location amongst woods and vineyards, Radda lies in the heart of the Sienese Chianti region. From 1415 it became the head town of the Chianti League and still retains its original medieval layout. Wine tasting at Castle . Return to Villa and overnight

DAY 06: Breakfast . 3 hours at Irispa SPA: Indoor/Outdoor hydro-pool at 34 C, sauna, Tuscan Aromarium, Turkish bath, hot and cold waterfalls, kneipp basin and showers. Also included are Ice fountains, Aromatic Dews, Summer Thunderstorms, Fitness Room organic Juices and Herbal tea lounge. Enjoy the indoor and outdoor relax areas, bathrobes, towels and slippers. Day 07 : End of service . Breakfast at Villa. Return to Florence and Drop off of the car
