GROUND FLOOR: the first unit, “trullos,” has three double bedrooms (with French-style beds). Each bedroom has an in-suite bathroom with a shower. The villa has a dining room and a perfectly equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. It has a spacious living room, guest bathroom, indoor veranda with a covered swimming pool, indoor spa swimming pool (6 x 2.5 m). The swimming pool is a technological swimming pool with seven whirlpool points, infinity swim, and chromotherapy. Moreover, it is heated to around 31 °C so that it can be used in any climate. The veranda where the covered swimming pool is located also has air conditioning so that guests can fully use the same even during the hottest hours of the day.

The second unit, a stone house, has a large open space, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (with a French-style bed), three high-quality bunk beds; two bathrooms with shower; air conditioning in the bedrooms, and in the open space.

The property consists of two ancient “trullos” adjacent to each other, around 10 Km from Ostuni, the white city, overlooking a valley dotted with centuries-old olive trees, cultivated fields, and oak tree woods.

Recently renovated, the original characteristics of the property have been kept intact, and it has been furnished with pleasant and elegant modern pieces. It has air conditioning, central heating, and a Wi-Fi internet connection. The indoor areas are typical of a “trullo.”

There is also an outdoor kitchen equipped for eating ‘al fresco,’ a wood-burning oven with barbecue, and a ping pong table.

The property is strategically positioned to visit the most characteristic localities in the area: Ceglie Messapica (8 Km.). At the same time, the crystalline beaches of Costa Merlata are 20 Km away.
