DAY 1: Palermo: Arrival at Palermo airport. Transfer to the Count Federico Palace. Appetizer organized in the Grand Living room with the Countess Federico and a guided tour of the palace. Dinner on your own and accommodation in the Torre Scrigno room. 

DAY 2: Palermo – Castelbuono: After breakfast, visit to the city of Palermo. We will visit the palatine Chapel in the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, Massimo Theater, Pretoria square in front of the Cityhouse. Lunch at your leisure. In the afternoon we will depart to Castelbuono, a small village in the Madonie Mountains where we will visit the tiny medieval streets and mostly the Chiaramonte’s family castle. Back to Palermo.  Dinner in a very charming restaurant with Sicilian food. Accomodation. 

DAY 3: Palermo – Agrigento: After breakfast, departure to Falconara Charming House and Resort. Accommodation will be at the “fattoria”  a former guest house of the Castle, brought back to life through careful restoration. Lunch at your leisure to enjoy the hotel, the private beach, the restaurant and the elegant Wellness Centre.  In the afternoon departure to a vineyard where after a local wine tasting we are going to have a dinner with traditional cuisine of this region. Accomodation.

 DAY 4: Agrigento: After breakfast, departure to visit a local natural spectacle: La Scala dei Turchi, that the Arabs used to enter into the sea.  Then, depart to La Valle dei Tempi, with 7 greek temples full of history. Lunch at your leisure. On the way back we stop at the Monastery of Santo Spirito to test the nuns sweets.  Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

DAY 5: Agrigento – Syracuse – Catania: After breakfast, departure to Syracuse. Accommodation will be at The Camemi Castle.  Beautiful home of Ventimiglia, a noble Sicilian family of Genoese origin, was built in the fifteenth century as a fortified castle, is now a “luxury hotel” located in the pristine hills of the Val di Noto. Free time to discover the charms of the castle and around noon departure to Syracuse.  Lunch at your leisure and visit to the archaeological area (Greek theater, Dionisio’s Ear, Heron altar, aso) Continue to Ortigia island where we will visit the splendors of the Sicilian baroque style and mostly the Cathedral. Back to the castle.  Dinner and accommodation.

DAY 6: Catania – Ragusa – Catania: After breakfast,  Free time to enjoy the amenities of the castle.  Around noon departure to Ragusa Ibla, lunch at your leisure and visit to a charming city declared Universal Heritage by UNESCO.  Continue to Modica to visit the town and to taste the famous chocolate (Xocoatl) still done following the old tradition brought to Sicily during the Spanish dominion. Back to the castle. Dinner and  Accommodation.

DAY 7: Catania: After breakfast, transfer to Catania airport. End of our services.
