It presents itself as a city with a unique charm, where emperors have passed, kingdoms were born and where power left indelible marks. Its flavor is halfway between the sobriety and the typical luxury of a nineteenth-century city with a vital and young aspect given by the many bars (coffee houses and wineries), which from Castle Square, the historic Turin lounge, proliferate throughout the city. Unique treasures of the city are the palaces that made the history of this subalpine capital: the Royal Palace, the Madama Palace and the Carignano Palace.
