DAY 1 : Arrival in Athens: Transfer to the hotel. Dinner at the “Dionysos” restaurant by the shadow of the Acropolis. This is a unique location which offers you a warm welcome into Greece. Overnight in Athens.
DAY 2: Enjoy a free morning. At noon visit a local winery including wine tasting & snacks. Continue to Sounion. Visit the Temple of Poseidon. Dinner at local seaside restaurant. Overnight in Athens.
DAY 3: Athens: Morning Athens sightseeing including visit of Acropolis site and Ancient Agora. Overnight in Athens.
DAY 4: Nafplion: The first capital of Greece and one of the most picturesque Greek cities. On the way we shall visit a local winery famous for the “Agiorgitiko” red wine. Wine tasting & delicious local snacks. Dinner at a local restaurant with traditional recipies. Overnight in .
DAY 5: Delphi: On the way we shall visit Amphiklea farm, including farm tour, botany presentation and lunch with local cuisine. Dinner at Epikouros restaurant. Overnight in Delphi.
DAY 6: Kalambaka: Afternoon transfer to Aspropotamos. We shall visit “Pyrgos Mantania” for a brief presentation and introduction to the local various mushrooms. Dinner will follow with local recipes. Overnight in Kalambaka.
DAY 7: Thessaloniki: Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and overnight.
DAY 8: Vergina: Transfer to the ancient area of Vergina to see the grave of Phillipos – father of Alexander the grate- and visit of a local winery and farm. Return to Thessaloniki for dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 9: Tour of Thessaloniki: Panoramic city tour of Thessaloniki. The co capital of Greece – famous for its delicious local cuisine which is inspired from Eastern and Western mixtures. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner at famous restaurant in “Ladadika” area. Overnight in Thessaloniki.
DAY 10: Thessaloniki: Depart from Thessaloniki and transfer to Volos, also famous for the variety of “mezedes” and their local drink which is basically home made and called “tsipouro”. Dinner at local “tsipouradiko”. Overnight in Volos.
DAY 11: Pelion Mountain: Transfer to Pelion Mountain, where we shall visit traditional villages. Lunch at a local restaurant in Pelion. Return to Volos for overnight.
DAY 12: Return to Athens: Dinner in Plaka, the old part of the city of Athens and overnight.
DAY 13: Santorini island: Transfer to Santorini island by Highspeed ferry. Afternoon visit of a local winery, including wine tasting and local appetizers. Dinner at Pyrgos restaurant. Overnight in Santorini.
DAY 14: Fira: Morning walking tour of Fira, followed by cooking lesson and lunch in Selene restaurant. Overnight in Santorini.
DAY 15: Departure: Departure. Transfer to airport for the flight back home.
