Itinerary:

DAY 1: Welcome to Athens Greece: Arrival at Athens International Airport, meet and transfer to your hotel for check in. The remainder of your day at leisure for your first taste of Athens. Discover Plaka, the oldest district of Athens, located under the Acropolis, the only district a visitor may see the Greek capital as it was 100 years ago or enjoy your shopping at Ermou, Kolonaki and Voukourestiou streets. Overnight at your hotel in Athens .

DAY 2-3 Day: Athens: After your breakfast, depart at indicated time for your Athens Sightseeing tour including the Acropolis and the New Acropolis Museum. Our expert guide will take you to see the centre of the city, the Constitution Square (Syntagma), the House of Parliament, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier and the National library. On your way to the Acropolis you will see the Hadrian’s Arch, the Temple of Olympian Zeus and have a short stop at the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first Modern Olympic Games were held in 1896. On the Acropolis visit the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally the famous Parthenon. Your first taste of Athens would not be complete without a visit to the Acropolis Museum, a modern architectural building where, at last, the statues have found their home and admire the wonders and architectural masterpieces of the classical era . Return to your hotel and remaining of your day at leisure. Overnight at your hotel in Athens

DAY 4: Day Cruise – Mykonos: Morning transfer to the port of Piraeus for boarding on the cruise. Depart at 11:30am. First stop is Mykonos (arrive at 6:00pm), the island of the international “Jet-Set”, famous for its beautiful sandy beaches and incredible night life. At 11:00pm depart from Mykonos and sail towards Kusadasi, Turkey. (Breakfast at hotel, Lunch and Dinner on board)

DAY 5: Embark on a 4 Day Cruise – Kusadasi & Patmos: Two ports of call today, Kusadasi in Turkey and Patmos Island in Greece both filled with important history and sites. Arrive at the port of Kusadasi (07:30hrs) on the Turkish coast where you will join a tour to ancient *Ephesus Ship sets sail at 13:00hrs for the Island of Patmos, the Island where Saint John the Divine wrote the book of Revelations. Arrival on the Island of Patmos (17:45hrs) and join your tour of the Monastery of Saint John and the Grotto of the Apocalypse (optional) or enjoy your free time at the picturesque town of Scala port.

DAY 6: 4 Day Cruise – Rhodes: Arrive early morning (7:00am) at the Island of Knights, Rhodes where you will join a tour to Acropolis of Lindos and the Citadel of the Knights .

Cruise ship sets sail for Crete and Santorini at 6:00pm. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on board)

DAY 7: 4 Day Cruise – Heraklion (Crete) & Santorini: Today’s first port of call is the Island of Crete and its capital Heraklion (7:00am) where you will have the opportunity to discover the Minoan Palace of Knossos (optional) or discover on your own the “old town” areas of Heraklion, established from medieval times. The Venetian fortress at the harbour gate, strikes visitors first. The pedestrian 25^th August Str., a shopping street, is directly opposite the Old Harbour and extends to Lion Square and Morosini Fountain, in the city hub.Departure at 12:00hrs to the volcanic island of the Cyclades, Santorini, your the last port of call. Admire upon the cruise ship’s arrival in Santorini (16:30hrs) the spectacular caldera, created by the eruption of the island’s volcano in ancient times and the white washed houses perched on the edge. Discover with your tour (optional) the breathtaking panorama of Oia, the most photographed spot in Greece, known worldwide for its fascinating sunset. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on board)

DAY 8: Disembarkation – Athens: Arrive in Piraeus port at 7:00am and after breakfast, disembark your 4 Day Greek Island Cruise and transfer to Athens International airport for your International flight.
