Day 1: Hamburg: Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. The tour begins with a panoramic city tour of Hamburg. The city is internationally known for its elegant boulevards, the port, (which is the second largest in Europe) and the famous neighborhood of St. Pauli.
2 DAY: Hamburg – Bremen – Hamburg: Today you are going to visit the city of Bremen, which is the cradle of the fairy tale from the Brothers Grimm “The Bremen Town Musicians”. The old town of the city offers many attractions such as the Cathedral, the “Böttcherstrasse” street, as well as the market square. The statue of Roland has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Another interesting place to visit is the neighborhood of Schnoor, the oldest area of Bremen. In the afternoon we travel back to Hamburg.
Day 3: Hamburg – Lübeck – Schwerin: After breakfast travel to Lübeck which has more than 1,000 years of history. Lübeck was once one of the most important centers of the Hanseatic League and one of the richest cities in the Middle Ages. Its old town is surrounded by water and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Monuments like the Holstentor (Holsten Gate) standing at the entrance of the old town is a symbol and stands for the beauty of the city. In the afternoon continue to Schwerin, a city that is characterized for its richness in water and forests, abundance of cultural treasures and a fascinating intact old town.
Day 4 : Schwerin – Wismar – Bad Doberan -Rostock: In the morning visit the wonderful Schwerin Castle, located on an island in the center of town. Afterwards continue to Wismar, situated on the shores of the Baltic Sea. It is famous for its port, historical monuments (with the typicalred-brick gothic style) and the great hospitality of its locals. The day continues to Rostock with a short stop in Bad Doberan.
Day 5: Rostock – Stralsund – Rügen: Rostock, a Hanseatic city for more than 800 years that still preserves its ancient charm. Today it offers multiple cultural aspects along with the seaside resort of Warnemünde. The architecture of the city highlights the historical houses showing facades from different periods: gothic, renaissance and baroque. Afterwards continue to Stralsund. While going through the medieval alleys of the city you can still feel the “Seefahrtsromantik”. Leaving Stralsund we cross one of the longest bridges in Germany in order to reach Rügen Island. It is famous for its stunning white cliffs that you are going to discover during an amazing boat tour.
Day 6: Rügen – Güstrow – Berlin: On the way to Berlin we stop in the lovely city of Güstrow. The historic center impresses with its half-timbered houses made of gothic brick, magnificient buildings that date back to renaissance times and the neoclassic town hall.
Day 7: Berlin: In the morning visit Berlin and get to know its main attractions like the “Kurfürstendamm, the Brandenburg Gate and Postdam square.
