Itinerary:
Upon arrival in Split, private transfer to your hotel.
The rest of the day is free to explore Split on your own, walk the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site.
Day 2, in Split
Explore the vibrant Mediterranean town of Split with an exciting private walking tour. The best way to experience Split beyond the walls of the Diocletian Palace, we suggest a walk to the Marjan Hills with panoramic views. (B)
Day 3, Split to Hvar Island
This morning, after breakfast, walk to the Split pier to board a catamaran to Island Hvar. Upon arrival walk from the harbour to your hotel (hotel provides porterage). The rest of the day is free to explore the old town at your own pace, see the Groda Piazza, the arsenal, the first public theatre in Europe, the cathedral of St. Stephen, the Franciscan monastery, and not to miss, Fortica Espanjola fortress. Day 4, Hvar to Korcula Island
Today, walk to the Hvar harbor from where you will board the catamaran to Korcula island. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore the medieval town of Korcula, which it is like a miniature museum, surrounded by walls and towers. (B)
Day 5, Korcula to Dubrovnik
After breakfast, make your way to the pier to take a catamaran to Dubrovnik, the Pearl of the Adriatic. Upon arrival, a private transfer takes you to your hotel. You are free to explore Dubrovnik on your own, or relax at hotel. (B)
We begin our discovery of Dubrovnik with a private two-hour walking tour of Old Town Dubrovnik. See the Rector’s Palace, the Bell Tower Clock, Orlando’s Column, and the Sponza Palace, as is the Dominican- and Franciscan Monasteries. After the tour free time, perhaps take a walk on the ancient walls, or take the cable car for astonishing views over Dubrovnik. Return to the hotel on your own.(B)
Day 7, depart from Dubrovnik
Your independent journey ends today with a private transfer to Dubrovnik airport. (B)
